Hi Daniel, I uploaded the code from github but I have the same issue. The plugin doesn’t download the backup file to my PC correctly. Once downloaded, it always indicates a filesize of 0 and as such, no unzipper can open it.

I have to move on to another backup plugin. Tried others which download correctly.

Thanks for trying. If you ever get this resolved, I’d be happy to return as it appears to be a good solution other than the fact that I can not use it as is.

If I use Cpanel to download it, the entire file does download. Although, opening it with Winrar did report warnings regarding its validity…. I was at leas able to open it.

I also tried the zip version, same result although it took forever to create the backup. Way too long compared to other backup plugins.

Any thoughts?

I’m experiencing the same issue. When I download the file, it states it’s only 1kb once downloaded (damaged). A normal size is stated on the sever.

Can you not simply change the list’s name in the backend of Constant Contact? This would change the what you see in your sidebar.
