My WP is 4.0 and I have the same problem.
The slider can’t appear in IE9. Anywhere else it’s OK.
It seems to be a loading problem : I see the loading wheel, on the good place, but nothing comes. I’ve chosen to load before init. If I don’t make this choice, it’s worst : nothing at all appears and the block has no height.
Any idea ???
