I had a look at the plugin but it seems to allow only country restrictions, we need more specific restriction.
Also it seem to use the shipping address field at the check out or the GeoLocation to understand the location of the user while we need to ask the user with anche address field upon entering the website, not at check out.
Definitely, this is a nice plugin, but not what we are looking for.
Do You have any other suggestion? Thank you.
