The page name is Destinations. When I go to Edit Pages, I see the list of my page titles including Destinations. Is there somewhere else I have to name the page?

WOW. I would have never figured that one out. I thought I could use /%postname.html, but based on your suggestion I changed it to /%postname%/. Viola, the comments page now shows up when I click COMMENTS on the Rides, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives post page.
