I use wp-postviews version 1.65.
You can easy change the word “views” from Dashboard -> Settings -> PostViews -> Views Template:%VIEW_COUNT% views
Just replace word “views” with whatever word you want.
Don’t forget to press “Save Changes” button at the end.
