Thanks Buzz! U Fixed it! I had the same problem after I installed 2.5
Opened up wp-admin/wp-admin.css
Changed the view site class to :
#wphead #viewsite {
position: fixed;
margin-top: 12px;
margin-left: 1000px;
}
save it and upload Done! the view site button will move to the right corner.
***delete the remote wp-admin.css file before you upload
