The site is currently in local development. It should be going online later today

I saved the file in /wp-admin/ and still had my menus truncated.
I have asked my host to restore an older backup but the restored backup also came with the truncated men items

Thanks for your help.
I created a php.ini file as suggested

php_value suhosin.simulation 1

php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 5000
php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 5000

max_input_vars = 5000

Unfortunately it still did not work even though I raised the values to 10000
Any help will be greatly appreciated

The first level child pages shows okay. It is the second level child pages that are not showing. An example is https://mofa.gov.gh/site/?page_id=715

Yes my theme is compatible. Everything was working ok until a little over a week ago when I started noticing this situation.
