  • Hi,

It is still not working for a clients site even after updating: https://www.sage-immobilien.at/

The site is running on PHP7.0.

Thanks for helping and your awesome plugins!

Hi @martychc23, thank you for providing feedback!

As this sounds strange I need more details to help you:

When you are changing a setting, saving it and then reload the page the setting is back to its default value?

If that’s the case and nothing is stored: Are you able to provide me a log output of your browser. In Chrome and Firefox you can do this

    1. by clicking “F12” on your keybord
    2. Switch to the “Console” Tag
    3. Click on “Save your Settings” in Smart-WP
    4. Copy the output given in the console Tag.

If that is too complicated or you’re not feeling comfortable doing this on your own, I am happy to check this out for you: You can provide me with your sites login credentials via the contact form on velocious.io.

(If you are doing this, please make sure you create a temporary admin user for me which you can delete after I had a look at your site.)

Thank you again for providing feedback – I hope I can help you!

    Grettings, Georg

    Hi,

thank you for trying out Fast WordPress and providing feedback!

Ich played around with the combination of fast-wp and ml-slider for a bit now. Since I don’t know for sure what settings you are using, I have to guess:

I think you might be loading jquery-core.js or jquery.js asynchronous or even removed it via fast-wp.

Sadly, ml-slider depends on jquery being present either in the header or in the footer of your page – which is the reason it is not working.

So for fast-wp and ml-slider to work together, you would have to put the jquery JS-files into header or footer part – anything else will break ml-slider.

I hope this is helping, if not – I am happy to help again!

Hello Kimcha, I looked into your problem but was not able to replicate the error.

Where you able to fix it by yourself?

If not, Can you please provide me with additional feedback (PHP-Version used, WP-Version Used, Theme code that starts the failing cascade, …)?

Thank you for your feedback, Georg

Hello Kimcha – glad you like my plugin!

Combining JS and CSS Files is a super idea for people stuck with http1.1! I will have a look into this and see if I can release something like that in the next few months.

Regarding your problems with Chrome: I need some additional information to help you (eg. your fast-wp settings and a link to your site).

If you do not want to share your in the public forums, feel free to drop me a mail via this Contact-Form.
