Thanks for the quick response.
I am using the same login credentials for all requests. The problem is that we are logging guest tickets so I cant use the user’s credentials as its a guest user.
How to get around this?

I wish I had more details, there are no errors. I’m not sure anymore if this issue is with your plugin, becuase when I disable your plugin the pricing still doesn’t display.
It just happened all of a sudden. I will post back when I found the issue.

I ended up deleting all the priorities and statuses from the database and created new ones manually in the database and it worked. I know its not recommended but its all that worked for me.
