I have the same problem, we move an entire wordpress manually, and all our links are pointing to old server.
All files show well in a list, but when you click on them the file download and PDF or JPG files shows errors when it open.
We use 600 files, and Search & Replace plugin tell me, it’s impossible to change serialize data…
