When you please the “See Menu & Order” button on your website, the ordering experience needs to happen on our domain. However, with the current design (popup over your own website) nobody seems to notice (or mind) that the domain is changing.

The only option to have the ordering on your own domain is to purchase the restaurant website from us (example: https://www.pronto-ny.com/)

From your wordpress admin, click on the “Restaurant Admin link that you can find at the top (https://prnt.sc/t1q1lp). This will open you restaurant account in our full-featured platform.

Mouse over the restaurant name and you’ll find the “Enable the multi-location dashboard” link (https://prnt.sc/t1q3j4). That’s how you put multiple locations under one brand (https://prnt.sc/t1q489).

Next, head over to Setup -> Menus -> Management. You’ll be able to create several version of your menu and quickly decide which menu applies to which location (https://prnt.sc/t1q5yj).

You need to set up a promotion that:
– offers 20% discount
– is not shown in your online menu (can be redeemed only by entering the coupon code at checkout);
– has a custom coupon code (like “20OFF” or whatever);
– can be used only once per client.

So, when the clients signs up for your newsletter you give them the coupon (same coupon for everybody, in our example “20OFF”). When they order they use it at checkout (https://prnt.sc/saxakc) and get the discount (https://prnt.sc/saxace). The coupon will work only once per client.

Just set the opening hours for 24 hours operation from 00:00 to 00:00. It is good to mention that in a 24 hour operation, the order taking app needs to be online and running in the foreground at all times and a staff member available to accept orders.

You can use the menu shortcode to publish the menu directly in the page. The ordering, however, must happen in the popup. You cannot have the ordering directly in your page.

If you want to accept credit card payments online from your clients you need two things:

1. A merchant account at a payment gateway, for example from https://www.stripe.com. (Every payment gateway will charge a fee per transaction, please see the website of your payment gateway for this).

2. The “Connector” which connects your payment gateway with this online ordering system. You pay $29/month for this to us (there is no transaction fee and you have unlimited amount of transactions included).

Yes, she can use the credentials to log into our system directly from https://www.gloriafood.com. From there she can update the menu (https://prnt.sc/s0sw3h) and the changes will be visible immediately in the ordering widget (https://prnt.sc/s0sslu).

One thing you should know: with our plugin you can also publish the menu (using a shortcode) on a regular page of the website (like here: https://prnt.sc/s0sukh). When the food menu is changed you need to hit a refresh button in wordpress for this page to be updated as well. So in your setup, I would recommend that you only use the menu in the ordering widget.

Hi there,

When the order is placed it gets pushed to the order taking app for the restaurant staff to review and accept. There’s no other way to accept orders.

Once the order is accepted (or rejected), two emails are automatically sent, one to the client and one to the restaurant. These emails contain the order details. I encourage you to go to our demo website (https://pronto-wp.com/) and place a test order.

Today there’s no option to change/remove the amount of time.
