In reply to: [Breadcrumb NavXT] Duplicate breadcrumb separator displayingThe update did not fix the issue.
Where would the class=”%type%” go in my templates? The only thing I believe I changed was adding a fontawesome icon in place of %title% in the home breadcrumb.
Thanks!

In reply to: WP 4.7: page-id class name on body element disappears when logged inSo I did a clean install on my laptop localhost server of WordPress and a clean install of the Underscores theme and the page-id-XX class name is showing up correctly on the body element.
All is good now.
Thanks!

In reply to: WP 4.7: page-id class name on body element disappears when logged inUnderscores is made by Automattic and is used as a base for many WordPress.com themes. See underscores.me
It is a class name issue with the Underscores theme and the latest version of WordPress, not my CSS.
Thanks
Had same issue on my site. When I click update in the Plugin section, I get this message:
Update Failed: Download failed. Not Found
Have tried several times with no luck getting the plugin to update.

In reply to: After upgrade to 4.7, can’t access AdminThose warnings were related to a plugin. Please ignore. All is working now so the issue must have been the Memcache.
Thanks

In reply to: After upgrade to 4.7, can’t access AdminI just flushed Memcache on my Siteground server and after a couple of page refreshes I finally got into the Dashboard. There were the following warnings at the top:
Warning: fread() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/MYSITE/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4740
Warning: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/MYSITE/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4743

In reply to: After upgrade to 4.7, can’t access AdminI am having the same issue. After updating I get an error message:

Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!There is a button beneath this text that says “Continue”
After clicking “Continue” I see my site with the admin tool bar at the top. When I click on any link in the tool bar I get the same message. It is an endless loop.
I have turned off site caching and also cleared the browser cache and the same thing happens every time I log in. I am on Siteground hosting.
The address on the error page is:

In reply to: [Media Cleaner: Clean your WordPress!] Works wellWhen I deleted the actual media from the wp-content folder, I could still see the meta data about the media in the Media Library but not see the image or thumbnail. There was only a default blank thumbnail for each of the deleted media items.
Yes, it turns out quite a number of the plugin files did not install properly. I installed manually and all is working now. Thanks!

In reply to: [Disable Blogging in WordPress] Works wellThank you for the updates. Knowing that the plugin completely disables the comment functionality at the template level, I can now heartily recommend this for my clients.
I updated after making sure the PHP version was good but got the white screen and site down problem. I reverted to 2.8.9 and all is OK again on the live site.
I then tried on my localhost version of the same site. It is running PHP 7 and I got a completely white screen after the update. Went to admin and updated options. But now all the menu items have disappeared. I will now have to go through every option comparing the old version and the new version to try and get things working again.
The plugin has been really great up to this point but this recent upgrade experience has been very distressing. I always check the changelog on a major update of any plugin. However your changelog entry had no information and no warning of what to expect and how to upgrade:
3.0.0 (5th July 2016) Version 3 released! Too many changes to mention!
I think you could improve this.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Simple Wp Sitemap] Cannot access WP admin after plugin updateUpdate 1.1.4 just fixed this issue with 1.1.3.
Thank you!
I returned the PHP version to 5.6 from 7 and all is working again.
Thanks for the great plugin!
Ah that could be the issue as one of the sites had WordPress installed by the host.
Paul, thanks again for the really wonderful plugin.
I thought you should know that I am getting the checksum warning below on some brand new sites with fresh installs of WP:
The MD5 Checksum Hashes for following core files do not match the official www.remarpro.com Checksum Hashes:

– wp-content/plugins/index.php (www.remarpro.com source file)
