@jkilgore55 – I have been having the same problem for days but have managed to solve it on my site by installing the “WP Mail SMTP” plugin.

With it, I used the unrestricted Gmail SMTP server with the following settings:

– Send all WordPress emails via SMTP.
SMTP Host: aspmx.l.google.com
SMTP Port: 25
– No encryption.
– No: Do not use SMTP authentication.
(No need for username or password).

I hope this works for you, I know how frustrating this can be!

It should work if you use this code instead for a template:
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[simpleresponsiveslider]’); ?>

Or the shortcode:
[simpleresponsiveslider]

Solved in 1.3.1.3

I have found that this is fixed in the latest version of the plugin – Gallery Slideshow 1.3.1.3 – if you find that and install it should work fine.

Hi Muk9 – I am also having this issue! Have you found anything? I am trying to alter coding so I will let you know if I figure it out.
