@mborin No. The free version is automatically uninstalled when you activate the PRO version. And all your the popups you created in free version are intact and can bed accessed/edited from the PRO version.
Thanks
@@mertcaner Did the above suggestion work for you?
@mertcaner Can you please go to Settings > Permalink and click Save and then see if Delete and put works? And also make sure, you are the administrator of the website.
@mertcaner Did this happen after the recent update? or are you using a fresh Brave install? Does this happen when you try to import a preset? If it is, then are you using a security plugin?
Let us know.
@ninxiii Just checked the Popup on mobile device and the text is kind unreadable. Kindly click the “Mobile” tab of your Popup in the Popup Editor and create a custom mobile layout for the mobile, just like you created for the desktop. Finally click the “Goal” menu from top and set the form you added in your mobile popup.
And Many thanks for the Review ??
Thanks
@ninxiii Great to hear you like the plugin! ??
Its happening becuase you have set the Popup to auto close. You can disable it from the “Popup Close” Panel.
Thanks
Ok. Looks like your theme does not use
wp_footer()
tag in the footer. Which is required for most plugins. kindly add the tag in your footer file of your theme and the popup should load fine.Thanks
Hi,
Can you please make sure the Popup is marked as published and the trigger setting is set to “Page Load”.
Thanks
Many Thanks for the recommendation. We look forward to adding more features in every release and be the best popup builder. ??
Great! ??
@theaudiearth Go to Settings > Permalinks and save the settings. If that does not work, make sure the permalink is not set to “Default”.
Thanks
@theaudiearth If you are using chrome, can you please go to wp-admin > brave Popups > All Popups and right click anywhere and click “Inspect Element” and when the developer panel opens up, click the “Console” tab. See if there is any error in red text. If there, is, kindly copy and paste it here.
Thanks
@lucaspedr0 Just sent you an email.
@lucaspedr0 Ok, try this:
1. Go to Plugins > Plugin Editor and select Brave Popup from the dorpdown list on top right corner and click “Select”
2. Then click the “lib” folder and selectpost-type_popup.php
fileand replace this line:
'show_in_menu' => false,
with this:
'show_in_menu' => true,
and update the file.
3. Now refresh the page and you will see a new menu called “Popups” appeared under the “Comment” menu.
4. Click the Popup Menu and see if the popup is listed there. If it is listed there, remove it.
5. Finally go to Plugins editor again and revert the change you made in step 2.Thanks
@lucaspedr0 Were you able to solve this issue?
