Chris,
We are not allowed to provide support for paid users here. We have replied to your email that you sent a few hours ago. Let’s move the conversation there.

You can insert Contact Form 7 shortcodes inside your Brave popup by inserting a “Code” element and then pasting in the Contact Form 7 shortcode.
@bingo68 open the campaign in the editor, and then right click on the text element that contains the large text content, and then click the “Position”, and then “Bring to Bottom”.
Thanks for the review. Do you have any suggestions on how we could improve the Contact Form 7 integration?
The following div bravepop_element_lightbox is actually only used to open image inside the image element of the popup in a lightbox. I think what you are trying to achieve is, pressing ESC to close the popup. Currently, that is not possible, but we will add this feature in the near future.

@ykruger1 Just checked your form, it looks like your form is failing to submit due to a server error. We need to check your PHP error log file to determine the issue. Please get in touch with us through this page so we can resolve this issue with your cooperation.
Thanks
Hi,
This is not the Brave browser support forum. This is a support forum for Brave Popup Builder for WordPress, a completely different product.

- There are no page view limits of any kind.
- We will increase the license activation limit for free to include your staging/development sites. After purchasing, contact us here or through the contact page to request the activation limit increase, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Just checked your site with a phone, the popup shows up just fine. Can you please check again?
Thanks
Very sorry to say we don’t have sender.net integration yet. You can however use Zapier to connect your Brave Forms to Sender.net via webhook.
https://zapier.com/apps/sender/integrations/webhook
In the near future we will try to implement Sender.net integration.

Just checked the page link, the popup is not being rendered at all. That’s why clicking the image does not work. If you are using a cache plugin, try clearing the cache and/or disabling it. Also, make sure the placement settings of the popup is correct and try disabling any filters from the popup settings screen.
Like a lot of other plugins, Brave needs access to admin-ajax.php file which falls under the admin section. You have to make the admin-ajax.php file available publicly so that other plugins can use that file. Not sure how you can do that through cPanel. You can ask your webhost about it.
Best Regards
Can you please share the page link where you published the popup so we can examine it?
From the Form Settings Interface, when you click the “Send Test Email” button, do you get the email?
Also, can you please install the Log Email plugin, submit a test form submission, and check if it appears in the Email Log?
Did that resolve the issue for you?
