@jonradio – I enabled the debug feature, but it only showed an error message once. It said I needed to check my database username and password, which I did with no success.

@themestitan – I’ve cleared cache, refreshed etc with no positive result.

The whitescreen is after login. As described above, I’ve actually now deleted all plugins.

I’m using a local South African hosting company and English is their first language, believe it or not.

I think you’re right. They’re trying to fob me off, which is reflected in their sloppy English.

I can also now view the site, but all formatting and structure is haywire. I wonder if the site hasn’t been hacked and some critical formatting removed. I’ll try upload a backed-up version to now try and resolve the formatting issue.
