Hi – thanks for your response and yes, I can confirm that I’ve checked that the PHP extensions are all installed on the server.

    I’m still having the problems.

Hi – I managed to sort it! On your dashboard, go to Appearance, Customise, Colours & Background. Then scroll down to Header Slider/Widget Area background. Then you’ll see Colour Scheme of the Header Block and you can choose a colour. I just changed mine to White to match the page background. It ended up being a very pale grey but it’s not that noticeable. Hope that helps.

Thanks for posting a potential solution. I did instal the previous version of Mailpoet but, unfortunately I experienced the exact same problem. Something is causing very high I/O usage on my cpanel and my website struggles to load. I post again the Error that I’m receiving from WordPress. This means nothing to me – but if anyone can decipher what it means and what I need to do, I’d be eternally grateful!!

I’ve deactivated all my plugins (except Mailpoet) and the problem seems to be solved. I then reactivate them one at a time and everything seems fine for a while (no one plugin seems to be causing a problem) but then I log on next day and I have the problem again.
