I’m sorry, I was missing to “save the function” and then setting “customer user ID” and the “export the value by a php function”.

4 months and still no option to disable weekly useless emails??

I almoust forgot. Just to let you know, it doesn’t look like the computer is beeing marked with low score. Is the user. It doesn’t mind if you switch to another computer in another place, the users is marked and even me (using the user with issues) I got the request for “VERIFICATION REQUIRED”.

Hello! sorry for the delay. I’ve sent you two diagnostics. Two sites in the same domain with both the same problem. This is something new, never happend in the past. The sites were not modified.
In one site now is disable ( site: “go”), it was the first with this issue and the one for wich i’ve open this ticket.
In the other, today I’ve disable it. (site: “root site” ) Many support requests about the same issue.

Hi, thank you for the repply. I’ve set the threshold to 0.2, 0.1 and even 0 and still the user can’t login. It keeps asking additional verification. Looks more like a bug rather than a hard security meassure.

Hi, i got it running. It was a matter of setup. Woocommerce suscriptions works like a charm with tutor LMS.
One last thing, I’m having issues with the cache plugin. Old pages lead users to beleave they have to add to cart again the course and pay it again.
I’m using WP fastest cache. I did try to disable cache in some pages but it takes too much of my server. Another idea was to set cache to clean every 1 minute… also too much server usage.
I have also cloudflare
Any other idea?

I understand, but what happens when someone orders more than 1 product?
Or should I set the store only to accept only 1 item in the cart?

I had to rollback to version 1.3.2 to bypass this error. Also set mysql as sql script.
Use rollback plugin to get that duplicator version.
