Thanks, I know the shortcode but where in the settings?

#_EVENT_EXTERNAL_REF adds “https://fb_” before the id. so doing a straight HTML won’t work.

The shortcode plugin does one column at a time.

The catch (the reason I visited the support forum today), is that if the columns are empty it doesn’t recognize it (it won’t show up).

I know this is a blah answer but does it happen with any other themes?

You’re using Customizr Pro, try switching to the default themes and see if you get the same error.
