Thank you for the reply. After i changed the translation I download new images and caption was still the same. It was still “Photo by” instead of my translation. I checked the caption in media library. I understand that it will not affect previously downloaded images. I’ll test it again tomorrow morning and let you know.

I already showed you twice. This is what I added to the command field in DirectAdmin Panel for CronJob. Every 32 minutes:

/usr/local/bin/php /home/admin/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache-api.php

I can log via ssh so you can tell me how command should look like there.

Thank you. But hm..My provider won’t tell me how to call that function :). I can set it up in direct admin but I have no clue what command I should use. I gave you an example how my current command looks like

/usr/local/bin/php /home/admin/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache-api.php

I would be grateful if you could show me how this command look like.

I set a cron on my server to run this

/usr/local/bin/php /home/admin/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache-api.php

Doesn’t seems to be doing anything…

I’ve noticed that there is a option on Page cache -> purge policy.

What will happened if I’ll set Purge limit to 0? If I’m not mistaken this should purge all cache once new post will be published.

I also wanted to add few additional pages to be purged once the post is published but I’m not sure in what format. Full url like: https://mydomain.com/test2/
or maybe just /test2/ ?

This will work when most of my articles are scheduled?

Yep. Sorry for spamming but just wanted to let you know that in my case object caching is causing a lot of issues so I disabled it.

As for the CDN. I will use WP MEDIA FOLDER cloud Addon to sync all my media library with s3 bucket and then serve it from Cloudfront. But this way I can only serve images. How I could completely disable media (images mostly) CDN in total cache?

I am also wondering if I will be able to use the same s3 bucket and distribution that I will be using for WP Media Folder Cloud Addon? Or is it better and simpler to make a separate bucket and distrsubution for assets and another for images.

Let me give you an example:

– example1forassets.cloudfront.net used with Total cache, pull option – only for files, css, js etc. Without any media files.

– example2formedia.cloudfront.net – With WP Media Folder Cloud Addon – all photos stored in S3 bucket and serve via CloudFront

Need to run more testing but it seems that object caching is causing this.

My settings:

Page cache: enabled (Disk enhanced
Minify: Disabled

Object cache: enabled (memcached)
Browser cache: enabled

CDN: Disabled for now (still issue with slow wp-admin and can’t do a lot of things on Wp Media folder plugin (no issues when plugin is fully disabled).

Pull – but to be honest I’ve noticed that any tasks in even other plugins that requires “loading” doesn’t work when total cache is enabled. For example WP MEDIA FOLDER – when I’m clicking on sync button it keeps spinning. Over and over. Once total cache is disable it works like a charm. To be clear – even without wp media folder plugin I have same issues. So I’m not sure if this is a CDN issue itself but maybe whole plugin for some reason is slowing down (?) my wp-admin.

I bought a pro version and submit a ticket.

There is a lag when you are typing something in fields. It’s not an issue with computer as well. It was checked on multiple devices and systems – windows, mac, iOS. Of course. I can make a video I can post it here in the morning. Although is there any way I could send you a private message with url directly to my form?
