What is the function of the button in Settings Delete cleaner DB. Who to use and when not to?

I don’t have the problem, but I need to know how to use the backup.
Before deleting, you ask to create a backup of your uploads. I do this via FTP.
How should I use the uploads backup in case of a problem? Copy it to the wp-content/uploads/ folder.
Will it be enough?

it didn’t work, I added the font size to the code and now everything works.
