We reverted to a backup so the damage is no longer showing. One can only assume your plugin in not compatible with the setup we use. There is no warning on your site about incompatibilities and there should be. If I had to guess it could Elementor Optimizer, Elementor, or Elementor Pro but it could be one of the other plugins we have. The damage was brutal to the media so we have no wish to go do that road again and as the plugin we use are essential to our business we will not be removing them. An offer of a refund would have been the least expected.

I have the same question. Twitter and other social media sites changed to the new logo but Social Media /Floating only shows the legacy icon.

Unless this is updated shortly I will not be renewing. How hard can it be.

The other thing you might think about is making this work for sites like ours that use WPML as it is only useful on our English pages.

I disarming this plugin in the meantime until you fix it as it freezes all my other plugins from being accessed.

This has to be a bug as the plugin does not need to be updated.

I was able to connect when I first activated the plugin but now this option does not pop up. Just as before you need to update warning which when click goes to a page saying error.

ie no change to the original issue.

This is more info on the error. I note using my PC not my Mac Pro it does try and undate but times out

Your people have already investigated this issue and recommend as it is licensed at your end ok that I ignore the warnings that it is not licensed.

Just updated to Version 3.6.2 and Click on edit for page and the whole page edit is blank.

This has been a problem earlier and has obviously not been fixed.

Some users may experience a blank editing screen, a first step to testing this should be to just hit refresh in your browser, as it may a race-condition that we’ve identified and are working on fixing.

So far the new editors is working well except for one issue. In categories and tags, it shows the dropdown of my options correctly in English but not in any of my other WPML languages any more. The other options show correctly in the chosen language.
