Hi Jeff,
I believe these error messages are shipping related (at first instance I googled the error messages and read related articles about this (after I disabled my shipping plugins and the error was still there, this is what sent me to your plugin as I knew it sorted the shipping rates etc).
What I did this morning was I disabled my shipping plugins again, and activated Easy Options again and tested, the result was NO error when adding to the cart as before, but when going to checkout, the errors appeared again at top of page. I have too many plugins to disable and time short at the moment, so if the latest info doesn’t help, I suppose leave it and I will operate website without the plugin. let me know what you think.

It’s amazing what happens when I get a different Tech at my webshost. I didn’t even have to explain to this guy, he just went and fix it, now working fine.

Ok, thanks for that, I will go back to webshost to work out whats going on. I use webchat with them so often it is hard to get the problem across.

Hi Ewout, Yes I had a similar issue back before Christmas.
I am a bit confused, my webhost says that the Ctype extension has been installed, as I posted a snippet from my php file. What do I need to ask the to get this to work. I am not too technically minded, so any suggestion as what I need to do is appreciated.

Hello Ewout, I have been onto my webhost and they have installed Ctype extension on the server. If I check the php file on my server I can see the Ctype extension code, but I am still getting the same fatal error. I have cleared cache etc, but the error persists. Anything else I can do from my end?

Yes I am not sure why they hadn’t installed this function, however they are now in the process of doing this. If they had done it right from the start I would not have experienced these issues to start with. Hi again, I have been on chat for almost 2hrs and finally an outcome. It appears the php version does not have that ctype_digit function, and the technicians are now working on it. Thanks for your input as it has made it much easier for me to talk to them about the problem.

Hi and thanks for your speedy reply!
I contacted my web host yesterday as I was getting errors adding items to cart and they said that the Woocommerce plugin was the cause, so I upgraded the PHP version and this solved that problem, now ive got this playing up. I am able to install the PHP version myself through their control panel. Should I go back and retry the installation, if that makes sense, or should I speak to them about this.?

Hi Scott, I seem to have the same problem also. I am only new to both MailPoet 3 & Holler box.
I believe I have configured both plugins correctly, but when I test the notification popup on my website, I don’t receive any opt-in confirmation email, therefore I don’t receive new subscriber email either. The Holler box statistics show 21 impressions and 3 conversions, but none of this is showing up in the MailPoet 3 subscribers. I have triple checked my settings in both Holler Box & MailPoet 3 and cant seem to find any cause for this. Any further things I can check?
