I appreciate the response, but I’m not sure it is an issue with DHL. When I had selected the services we use in the back-end, it was returning rates. See your response here:
From the above API response we can see that services “EXPRESS DOMESTIC 12:00” and “EXPRESS DOMESTIC” have returned rates 21.17 and 15.17 respectively. We suggest you to check all the services from admin settings and try again.
This was in production mode, but I was still getting the following message in the cart:
There don‘t seem to be available shipping methods. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.
So if it was returning rates before ticking all services but I was still getting that message, that says to me that I am getting the right response from the DHL server, but there is an issue with the plugin?
You then said to check all services in the back-end, but it stopped returning rates. Why would I have to check ALL services in the back-end when we do not get most of them from DHL?

Thanks for the response, but I am using the live credentials in production mode.
What I am confused about is why was it returning rates when I selected the correct services, now I have selected ALL services it’s not returning any rates?
Any ideas on this?

I didn’t think that W3 caches the WP admin system? The site is on quite a high power dedi and the issue is not with the front end of the site, it is the loading of the edit and product list pages. I need some way of maybe disabling categories from these views so they don’t have to be loaded every time.
Any ideas anyone?

In your header.php file around the part of code you don’t want add the following…

And within the quotes: is_page(”), put the page ID and that will make it so the header will not show on that page only.

In reply to: Text in border of pageWell, in order position the text correctly, the div that all of your content is wrapped around needs to be set to position:relative in the css, it is usually called #wrapper.
If you add the following code just under your wrapper div, likely to look like this: <div id=”wrapper”> in your header.php file:
<div class=”top_text”>
This is your text…
</div>And then add the following code to your stylesheet/css:
.top_text{
position:absolute;
top:0;
left:0;
background:#0099CC;
color:#FFF
padding:10px;
}That will put a blue box at the top left of your site, but you can play around with the css to get it to look how you want.
