This is something I would also like to know. The thick line under links is the only thing that doesn’t work for me.

As it turns out I made an error somewhere in setting up the child theme. I don’t know where, but creating a new child theme – after sleep and finding my glasses- has solved the issue.

The lesson to be learned. Do not misplace your glasses!
