Well you can contact us privately at support[at]genialsouls[dot]com for any further assistance.Even you can try Facebook scrape tool by yourself. For you and for all others, we are going to write procedure here.
1. Go to https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
2. Enter your post URL in the text field.
3. Press ‘DEBUG’ button in front of the text field. It will show your URL info as Facebook crawler. It may show some issues and warnings of your page. You can address these issues or if there is no critical issue, you can leave it. You can press ‘scrape again’ button just to verify.
If your URL never shared on Facebook or you are going there for the first time, it may ask you about fetching info of your URL. Just do it and that’s it.Now check your URL for Facebook comments box. It SHOULD appear if everything is correct.
Still having issues, please feel free to contact us here or privately anytime.

In reply to: [WP Social Comments] Problem loading the pluginHi,
Yes there is a change for EU Facebook users. According to FB, now FB user should
1) Logged into their Facebook account, and
2) have provided consent to the “App and Website Cookies” control.
If both of these requirements are met, the user will be able to see and interact with FB comments such as the ‘Like’ or ‘Comment’ button.
If either of the requirements above are not met, the user will not be able to see the plugins. But other than EU, users can see the comments and can post also on your site.
We will enable a proper notice for EU regions to help users but right now you need to set cookie consent for the specific cookie in the EU area.Regards

If you are getting user’s profile pictures with your Facebook App then you need Access Token to get other users pictures. For your own, you don’t need to worry.
If you are accessing other users or other users are using your Facebook App then you need to change your code.Regards
