Great thanks here is the URL generated on the website that holds the galleries when I click the first thumbnail

My site is the first part of the URL to .co.uk
Clicking the above link works fine on a conputer but on a tablet or phone the image is not displaying correctly, it seems enlarged and cropped to the screen and appears at the bottom of the screen.
When clicked the sites page holding the gallery briefly opens first and then the gallery opens.

I did have an idea perhaps it was because I have been using the same content to test different builder plug ins so I tried from scratch with a new blank page. But still having issues.
I set the spacing for a section with a heading in it so it has equal spacing around the text as viewed in the live view but on the front end the spacing at the bottom is zero when it should be 10.

Also I add some text in the text editor and have white text but if I then select some text and turn it into a H1 it then changes colour — so no matter I will select the text and change it to white within the text editor – great it gos white BUT it then also turns white in the text editor so I can no longer see it on the editors white background.

But Think at least I have sorted the text align issue, I was setting the align for the text but only in the heading text editor, I found that I also have to change the text align setting in the section setting where the text sits.

I have tried turning off all plugins but it did not help.

The text align looks ok on phone ant tablet but not computer. but the overlapping sections is the same on all devices.
In the live customiser when I look at the mobile view the text on the grey background is only 1 word per line but on the actual device the text is ok.
So text wise the view in mob is bad in customiser – good on device
and for computer view its good in customiser but bad on device.
Everything is upto date and my litespeed cache was and is off.

goseongguy – glad you got it sorted. All down to a stupid ittle emogi — doh.

I got excited when you mentioned data saver because yes I do have it turned on but turning it off made no difference. I am testing on my home wifi anyway. I am sure that what I am experiencing is somthing my end but some of my customers may also have some setting causing the same thing for them.
I do not have anything in the swipe area apart from a justified foo gallery mosaic. I steer clear of any shadows or fancy styles as I have a lot of images and don’t want to add any extra “weight”
Hope all this is at least useful for anyone else reading.

HEY I see with the latest update you have fixed this issue BRILLIANT thank you.

That is @goseongguy issue but my slow swipe is right from the start of the fist – second image and its directly related to how many images are in the gallery, the more images the slower the swipe that is needed.

But it only seems to be me that has the issue. I am going to put a request out on my face book page for people to test for me.

goseongguy. I have had a look at your galleries and also see the slow down after a while.

If i stay on one gallery – the first one and keep swiping for a while then closing- opening and swiping again and repeat I see that it does slow down.

If I open and close other galleries and swipe then the slow down effect happens sooner and the swipe action needs to be slower.
So the issue still happens even if I stay on the same gallery.

Also what I found if I swipe until I experience the slowdown and then exit the gallery and clear and reset my browser cashe of all your site cookies then re enter a gallery it makes no difference to the slow swipe.
But if I exit your site completely and then return then the galleries all swipe fast again until the slow swipe issue starts again.
This is on my phone Android 8
It is the same on my galaxy Tab running android 10
The slow swipe on my site is there on my phone but not on my tab

Thanks for the advice. I will do some testing.

Have to confess I am way out of my depth now. I tried turning off my litespeed cache but made no difference. But it seems its only me that is having the slow swipe issue so maybe its my device.
goseongguy you say you are having the issue could you share your page with the gallery in question. I will see if I also have the issue with your site.

Thank you for your quick reply. Glad its not me being stupid and not understanding how to make it work. One on my menus contains 20 sub menus so I need it to work.

I see from your other replies that you are really working hard on Nimble to constantly improve it.

Thanks for your reply. I have now found that by using nimble page builder I can remove the hero picture on single pages

I have the same issue but if I disable my cache plug in it works ok. I notice that there is now a warning that pops up telling you to disable your cashe plug in but you need to of already done this in order to see the warning as its on the customiser page when it is fully loaded

Ok cool. Just wanted to check. At least you can see exactly what I am trying to describe. As I cannot find anyone else experiencing the same thing when looking at my gallery’s then it has to be something my end with my two android phones, Android 7 and 8. My samsumg tab A running android 9 also had the issue until I updated it to 10.

Great plugin after I tried loads of them yours was the best. Keep up the good work.

Just one question I see you have updated it to move code to help with speed (sorry newbe). Do I need to uninstall and reinstall for this to take effect on all my galliery’s. Or just update.
