I’ve just activated this too and when I went to save it, it came up with an error report as well:
2021-09-02 13:44:36: Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. Error: Bad HTTP response from file location: https://apix1.cleantalk.org/store/bl_list_0b4694fbdeb26f251242f554670be76b.multifiles.csv.gz
Also very little IT knowledge so going to follow this thread!!

I’ve looked at the cache plugin and cleared it and that’s not worked ??
