You can either use pages(cities) and subpages (nightlife & music) and manually arrange them in the menu editor.

Or you use posts with categories (cities) and subcategories (nightlife & music)

so it depends if you’re using posts or pages for your content.

there is a hyperlink on your site which uses www.yoursite.com instead of https://www.yoursite.com

if a link does not contain https:// in front it will attach the url to the current url.
I quickly scanned your site and it’s in the footer where it says:
Simply Steaming
5064 S 107th St Omaha, NE, 68127 USA

on that page:
https://www.simplysteaming.com/omaha-upholstery-cleaning/

above the social sharing icons.
simply add https:// to the Simply Steaming link.

Sounds like a host-related question to me.
Do you run a WordPress multisite?

Which webhost are you using?
do you have access to some kind of admin control panel?

sorry for the late reply.
There is a small bug with the sticky posts listing – I already fixed that in the next release 1.0.8
a quick workaround:
open templates/content-faq.php
remove that part in line#1
<?php get_template_part('templates/stickypost'); ?>

this loads the sticky post part on top of the post listings.

Found it. I got an updated version ready within the next days which will fix this bug.
In the meantime you can manually fix it by removing this line:

$query->set('post__not_in', get_option('sticky_posts'));
file: FAQ/lib/custom.php line#16

Hi Ramesh,
assuming a plugin sends those mass emails I suggest you to log in via FTP and move the wp-content/plugins/EMAIL_PLUGIN to a location outside of that folder.
WordPress won’t find it anymore and auto disables the plugin.

Let us know how that works.

as far as I remember it’s possible to manually exclude specific database queries from caching. you can ask for help in the w3tc plugin support section here.

I have made my own plugin that has quite alot of SQL queries, could this cause an issue?

if the query is running on every pageview it could overload your server easily.
w3tc plugin is able to cache db queries also.
