Never mind, i have found the problem.

for the first time EVER, i had to disable all the plugins and then do the upgrade, after the upgrade re-enable the plugins and the site was loading fine ??

So if anyone else fun into this problem, try what i did and disable your plugind and then upgrade.

I got a feeling it be the theme if anything else, as i did try and disable all other plugins and i had the same problem.

I will contact the dev and see what he says, even thought i got a feeling he will say its the plugin.

I contacted devs before and some say its the theme and and other says it the plugin, so i never know who is right. LOL.

Still you never know, he might just be able to tell me what is wrong :D.

If and when i get a reply, i let you know.

Thanks songdogtech, but that was one of the first things i read and which i have 90% already had done.

I am not sure but i think i found the problem.
I removed the Akismet plugin and now its has stopped.
No idea if its the plugin that was the problem or not, but for 2 days now its all been ok.

We just have to wait a see.

So need to get my custom made site online, at lease then the coders of the site can easy help me out, as there will be ongoing support with the site for me (part of a deal i made with them, even thought they be paid for it, which i don’t mind :P)

I also thought that at first planethax
but i did try the site on my other pc & mac around my house and also my ipad and they all showed the same problem.

Like i said for some odd reason they come and go.
Its truly doing my head in.
