The endpoints usually come from SDKs and I doubt that Woo used those. But to be sure check the plugin core file and see if you see an endpoint request URL of payflowpro.paypal.com or pilot-payflowpro.paypal.com <– those are the correct and valid ones

Those endpoints are pretty old and I doubt those endpoints are used. The endpoints for payflow are payflowpro.paypal.com for lIVE and test is pilot-payflowpro.paypal.com.

If you can get access to the core files of Payflow or view a log file of a transaction after you turn on debugging; you should see the endpoint being used. Hope this helps
