  • I had this problem. I emailed Woothemes support, who suggested re-saving the Permalinks. So this would be a simple thing to try first.

    For me that didn’t work. What I did in the end was get the PDT Identity Token from PayPal and putting that in WooCommerce settings. So it was using PDT rather than IPN for the notification of the payment. And it worked.

    Let me know if you need an explanation of how to do any of this.

    Thanks! That worked. Yeah the wording needs to be changed, as it was not clear I needed to actually click that button. Especially since I had only just downloaded the plugin, so I was not expecting to have to update it already.

    And WOW on the fast response, especially since I know it is stupid O’Clock in the morning at your place. Well done!

    Thank you! I upgraded to 3.6.1 before I updated my WooCommerce gravity forms extension. I should have done it the other way around.
