I spoke to both WordPress and Kadence via the forums and it was to do with some images that I had uploaded that were somehow not compatible with my website. I deleted out the category that they were in and re-made it and it all worked after that.

I’d recommend getting in touch with kadence directly.

Thank you for such a prompt reply. I was hoping it would be a setting somewhere rather than dealing with code which I have no experience of. I’ll have a read and see if it makes sense ??
