I found another way, I customized the Admin’s CSS to my desire and I ended the problem of incompatibility with Google Web Stories. But if you want to solve the problem, that’s okay, it can help other people.

I have the same problem. I disabled all plugins, updated WordPress and the problem continued. Until separately disable 2 plugins (woo-payment-on-delivery / Fancy Admin UI), force the page load with Ctrl + Shift + R and it worked. But it doesn’t work without forcing the load, the stories don’t show.

I was wrong, it’s not working again.

Thanks for the quick response. I deactivated the OneSignal plugin, but the “Add to Home” banner still doesn’t appear. I’m checking what happening, but I didn’t find the reason yet.
