The ticket shows that some suggestions were made to optimize the site. I don’t show any additional issues have been reported on that ticket. I’d like to research this a little further if you’ve already gone through those optimization suggestions are are still running into issues. If you are, please reply to the last email stating what you’re currently seeing. This will re-open the ticket and I will have it reviewed by our advanced team. I’ll keep an eye out for your response here to help prevent further delays with responses here. We’ve already apologized for the delay previously and it appears to have happened again. I will check here to be sure I know as soon as you reply.

Sorry for the late reply on this thread. This may be related to an issue on some of our mod_sec functionalities we have in place to help against malicious uploads and other items. There are some limitations with PHP and Windows. We do recommend that you are on a Linux server at this time for running WordPress, PHP, based sites. I’m not sure if you’ve called in yet, but it looks like (from the error info you posted) the issue is DNS related.

I’ve sent the information up to an internal team to refresh the DNS zone. This should clear up the issues, but may take a short time to propagate. If you are still getting the error today, about 2 hours after this is posted, please give our support a call so they can troubleshoot this further for you.

We can take a look at this directly for you if you’d like to contact support, but how long is it taking for the message that do arrive to arrive or has it been over 30 minutes?

Are you using aol, gmail, hotmail, msn, or yahoo email addresses for testing? Those won’t work in the From value on forms on our hosting.

Are you still having issues accessing your site? If there are times when other services are telling you it’s inaccessible, there is definitely something up. Would you be able to run a traceroute and reply to that email you were sent with the results of the trace? Be sure that you run the trace during a time when the site isn’t loading for you. I’d like to take a look at what’s going on.
