Replied to ticket again and seat chart does show. You had an incorrect shortcode applied to the page and thus you couldn’t see the seat chart. If you have further questions, please open a new ticket for expedient response.

1. Create a show through Month Calendar
2. Go to Manage Seats and click on your show
3. On your show link, download the template form to get an idea how the seat chart can be structured. Afterwards upload that csv file and your seat chart will show (if you created as instructed).

In an upcoming release, the stage graphic will no longer be visible, instead the word STAGE will show (it will be text)

I believe I answered you in an email. The issue you’re facing is a db corruption and need to clear/delete the tables and reinstall so it can recreate them fresh. If this didn’t solve your issue, then email me to get admin access and see what is wrong.

You can fully utilize this plugin as a “will call”. You need to carefully read the instructions in how to set up. I just uploaded the new version 2.0 today May 20, 2013 20:00 and in 5min, you gave a bad review? How can you possible learn all that it has to offer?

As far as advance features, they’re available for purchase. You don’t have to purchase anything if you don’t want to as this version will work as advertised.

The current version of this plugin 1.0 is not “fully” compatible with WP 3.51 it causes a few issues. Due to that and other feedback, we’re revamping the plugin. We are changing a few things and it will be ready for download sometime this month. Thank you for your interest and patience.
