I have a similar question. As the email address is only captured after submitting the last page of the WooCommerce checkout, it won’t be available to the Abandoned Cart plugin if the user leaves at the checkout page without proceeding with the purchase.
Would a multi-step checkout allow this plugin to record the user’s email before they get to the payment section?
If so, I’m thinking of switching to a Shopify-style checkout (https://woolentor.com/shopify-style-checkout-page-in-woocommerce/) as the user’s details are captured in the first stage.
Please let us know if this would work, or if the WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin can capture a user’s email even if they haven’t submitted the checkout form in WooCommerce.
