In reply to: [Events Manager - Ongoing Events] Duplicate Booking Table entriesI’ve created the main event according to the subsequent process
(1) open Create Event Dialog for the Main Event
(2) Enter Date & Time for teh Main Event
(3) Turn on the switch “Is this an ongoing event”
(4) Enter Date & Time for further 4 related events
(5) Turn on the switch “Enable Booking” (only for the main event)
(6) Enter two different Ticket Types.
(7) publish Main EventAfter that, I had a Boking table with 10 entries.
I did a further test with the same event:
(1) I opened the main event
(2) I disabled the “Enable Booking” flag
(3) Publish Event
(4) navigate to main event page: no booking table is shown: OK
(5) open main event
(6) enable Booking flag
(7) publish main event
(8) navigate to main event page: Booking table with only one ticket type is shown
(9) open main event
(10) define a second ticket type
(11) publish main event
(12) navigate to main event page: Booking table with only two ticket typed is shownI.e., I’ve achieved the desired result by simply disabling an re-enabling the booking flag and I have no idea for which reason the issue disappeared.
Best regards,
Guido

In reply to: [Events Manager - Ongoing Events] Duplicate Booking Table entriesPlease refer to the following url:

I’ve defined only 2 different ticket types and 5 related events.
After I’ve saved the main event, 10 ticket types are shown on the main event page.
It seems, the plugin multiplies the entered ticket types with the number of related events.
I.e., in case I define 2 ticket types and 50 related events I get a booking table with 2 x 50 duplicate entries.
