The solutions proposed there have nothing to do with my question. I have no login problems, WSODs or login redirection loops.
I simply want to know where that redirection originates from.
That redirection is not necessarily a bug or fault in my website. It is just something I don’t want to have, or want to know how to handle or modify. Ideally, I would want to redirect calls of https://mydomain/wp-admin to a custom login page I have created in case the user isn’t logged in.
