In reply to: 2.7 Issues – No Visual Editor & Other ThingsWow! I guess the freaking Filezilla (even the 3.1.6 version) had messed up the first upload attempt. My WordPress 2.7 was working, but the dashboard looked wrong (no new features), and the advanced visual editor didn’t work.
What I did? I uploaded again the wp-admin and wp-include folders. I didn’t even delete the old folders. I just uploaded again, telling Filezilla to overwrite the files.
Now it works BEAUTIFUL! (And I will consider replacing Filezilla! I don’t trust it anymore.)

In reply to: Left navigation bar not showing after upgrade to 2.7I have a similiar issue to s0204193. After upgrading to 2.7 my dashboard didn’t change much. It looks basically the same as 2.6 and previous versions. There is no left menu. I’ve deactivated all the plugnins (which weren’t many) but nothing improved. I tried to clear browser cache and no luck.

In reply to: Upgrade to 2.7, still same dashboardFor me, that didn’t solve the issue. I installed the 2.7 and it seems to be running ok, EXCEPT THAT THE INTERFACE LOOKS THE SAME as previous versions.
I must say that I’ve disabled all my plugins and nothing changed.
Any idea?

In reply to: 2.6.5 Visual/HTMLSimilar thing for me. I upgraded to 2.6.5 and it only shows HTML/raw editor. No visual editing possible. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?

In reply to: permalinks question.Hey! Forget it! Maybe my WordPress install got scared of this “public complaint” and decided to work! It suddenly made the permalinks alive.

In reply to: permalinks question.I have similar problem. I’ve chosen to use permalinks, but I get only 404 pages.
1) Godaddy says my Linux server has rewrite_mod enabled
2) I have .htaccess file and it seems to be written correctly by the system (I’ve uploaded an empty file and now the code is all there)
3) The chmod for the .htacccess was 666 and 777 and even with so many permissions, it hasn’t made it work)My website: https://www.bonato.cc
