    Hi Jan

    I am sorry for generalizing.

Here we are not talking about FREE open source themes, we are talking about the paid ones, where the seller has expressed his desire to sell. I would not have bothered the seller if it was a FREE theme.

Once a seller is in the market to sell, it is understood that commitment to go through the deal or the commitment to the buyer comes attached. Am I wrong in expecting the minimum courtesy from the seller, who happen to be the theme developer? Again we did not ask for any monetary consideration either.

We are not talking about unrealistic expectations, or consideration beyond sellers commitment. These are something minimal a buyer expect’s from a seller, to communicate, to clear doubts if any, particularly when the buyer has expressed the desire to buy and is initiating to close the deal. Here the seller behaves non flexible in-spite of having many alternate options, and shuts down(non communicative).

Thank you for your patience. Great Day

You are right on dot george, in fact i reactivated those plugins, but it did not help. I also went through the theme builders forum, i found a thread on something similar, and the suggestion was to delete the plugin, due to a conflict with the slider. So i just deleted the plugin. Now the slider is working perfect.

    Thank you George
