I’ve tried again- both under divi- theme customiser and also divi-theme options.

When entering it in theme customiser, it looks like it works, but then when you visit checkout normally the problem still persists.

If there is a way to add a checkbox but just have the hyperlink send the user to the t and c page instead of opening up a pop-up box, this could work?

I’ve removed the box again for now, but if you had another suggestion that would be amazing

Cheers for responding.

I had disabled it and added t and c as a page, but have just added the check box again.

It now shows again in the checkout.

No plugin as far as i’m aware, just woocommerce and I do have woocommerce for Stripe too. But definitely no plugin for a pop up

Fixed- turns out it was due to Divi creating mixed content issues, which was caused by setting Yoast up.

It does, however, work on my partner’s phone.

She has an iphone, I have an android.

Tested a third phone (android) which doesn’t work

Yeah, the screenshots are of what loads when clicking the url through fb messenger.

If I access the website through a mobile browser, there is no problem.
If I access it through the messenger link and then click ‘open in Samsung internet’, that also works fine.

If I disable Yoast SEO plugin, the problem still persists.

Thanks so much for the reply- the custom css did fix the insta icon!

However, all of my menu page titles are now white and can’t be seen.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I hired a developer for the site and can’t get through to them.

Just tried to talk to the official support channel but was told I need to pay for my own membership to get any support, which isn’t an option at the moment.

Not sure what to do from here, guess I may just need to delete everything and start again
