If the provided URL is correct, and you can access the image from the browser (try opening the image URL in the browser directly to make sure you can see the image), then the image should show fine on the site.

This error could appear if you edited the source code of the page. Here is the initial code on Line 7 of page.php file:
<h2 class="title"><a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" rel="bookmark" title="Permanent Link to <?php the_title(); ?>"><?php the_title(); ?></a></h2>
You might want to revert it back to make sure you don’t have any errors.

In order to display your custom featured image, you need to provide full link to your image in the field where it says “Provide your featured image full URL here”. E.g. https://mysite.com/images/featured.jpg
This should show your custom image properly.

We’ve fixed the issue on your server.

There was a bug in v1.0.9 which applied under specific configuration settings.

If you are facing the same issue, please download the latest fixed version of SmartBiz here. Replace the theme files with the ones from the downloaded zip file.

There is a number of plugins handling guest posting on a blog. Not sure if any of those allow anonymous posting. We’ll make some research, and if none is addressing this functional, we will consider releasing a plugin to handle guest posting allowing for anonymous posts.
