I have this exact same error, but at the end it says:

Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

So full error is

It appears you have HTTP basic auth or something else blocking remote requests to your site, which means background cloning won’t work. The Cloner will default to AJAX processing, so you should be able to still clone sites successfully, but progress will stop if you leave this page. If you have basic auth enabled, you can?add a workaround. Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

The work around link is not working. Can anyone assist or advise?

Sorry did not see your original response. Will try your suggestion above… can you summarise the steps? Not so clear what happens when.

I have also had issues lately with my stores, my hosts said there was a long running phpp application causing memory outages… sounds like we might have found the culprit. Disabling ALL.

I have the exact same issue on more than 10 sites I run. This is clearly a problem with the plugin. I did check WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Pending? If there is any task of the group wc-admin-data, as suggested above and I did find items there pending. I processed them manually and returned to data screen, still nothing there.

Not sure if you can’t improve on perfection, but thanks for the offer to reach out, certainly will if the need arises!

I bought the pro unlimited version – is that the best way to ‘thank’ the developer, no? Pity it did not work as advertised. As I said, and I stand by what I said, the plugin has potential, but sometimes the difference between a successful plugin and a failure, is the support – nothing else.

The fact that English is not a native language cannot be used as as excuse, this plugin is being sold in English to an English forum.

Unless his support (and attitude) improves drastically, I can’t see this plugin doing well.

I agree, instructions are very poor for this plugin.

I have the exact same problem with the same plugin. It was working perfectly before I updated WooCommerce. I’ve tried to delete it and re-install it but I keep getting the white screen of death. I’ve contacted WooCommerce but they say its a free plugin so they do not offer support. Very frustrating!

Also followed their troubleshooting guide but didn’t help at all.

I also tried WordPress default theme but the error persists (so we know it’s not a theme conflict/issue.

Is there anyone out there with suggestions?
