Yes, these steps were followed. The plugin is working and taking payments just not displaying any customer details in the back end. These are needed so the product can be sent to the purchasers. This has also only started happening since the Stripe plugin was activated.

Thanks for that. I am pretty new to Eventon but if there is a an easier way to achieve this, i.e. parent/child categories and event colours, then filtering the outputs, please let me know your thoughts rather than having you do extra work.

The event types are essentially to split it into regions (I.e. Manchester, Yorkshire etc) but he wants to have the categories (I.e. quiz, bingo, race night etc) with their own individual colours but available in each event type to make it more uniform if we display individual calendars based on event type.
Or is there a way to just have a single instance of each category but available to all event types?

Hi Miss Veronica,

I’ve installed 2.2.1 and it’s working better. However, if I amend the profile, it just saves and doesn’t display the “pending review” message. If I go to the UM Content Moderation screen, the status remains at “Content Moderation” and doesn’t show as “Pending Review”. But, if you click on the Moderation link under the name, it does show the changes. It’s as if it isn’t requiring moderation after the first change.

Also, in the top filter bar, where it says “Pending Review”, it is showing a minus number.

I’ve installed v2.2.0 now and all is looking good. The only other issue now is that if a second amendment is made after the first one is approved, it is not going back into moderation. even after clearing the site and user caches.

OK. I have to finish now but will have another go with a new test customer in the morning and let you know how it goes.

OK – did that and at status approved and 0. I went back to amend the account in an incognito window and it worked as expected. I tried a second amendment and nothing happened.

Would it be worth deleting that account and trying with a fresh one do you think?

OK. It was approved so I set it to “Pending Review” and it de-activated the account. I re-approved it and made an amendment but still nothing.

The value is “1686053290” which indicates an update has been submitted for user ID80 but there is still nothing showing to indicate anything needs to be reviewed.

I’ve cleared both the user cache and user status cache and still nothing ??

Emails were also set to the new email templates now added.

It’s the same as before – default profile for the form and subscriber for the user role.

I’ve installed version 2.1.0 and updated the emails but when a change is made to an account profile, we do not get the message that it is pending review and there is nothing showing to review in the moderation list.

Last question… will this plugin be in the WordPress Repository at some point so automatic updates can be enabled?
