Hi @aglonwl. Yes, there is an enable gzip compression option for the theme and it seems that two updates ago Headway somethings been done that created a conflict with Events Manager. Disabling it fixed the problem. Thanks.
Okay – I found the blog post explaining what you have done https://blog.adrotateplugin.com/2012/07/about-the-new-blocks/, so now I can get rid of some of the CSS I created to deal with this. I believe this post is now resolved so will leave it to easternkicks to close if he wants ?? ?
Hello – I agree. Extra divs appear to have been added to blocks with multiple ads, not to single ads.
Thanks. The conflict is arising due to both EM and GF datepickers having the ui-datepicker-div class associated with them. I’ve managed to find something on the GF forum to assign an GF-specific class to their datepicker which has resolved the issue.
It seems to be working fine now. Thanks.
Yes, it seems to be fixed now. Thanks.
Hi Marcus – you say you introduced the feature to work with GF? What do you mean?
I’ve created a custom template by creating a plugins folder in my theme’s directory, which works great. But are you saying that I can create a GF and then link custom fields to the events manager fields? I didn’t think this was possible, but if it is, it would be one way to deal with the css issues.
Thanks.
Just another suggestion – that there is a close x button in the pop-up window as not everyone will know that simply by clicking outside the window will close it. Thanks.
Hi again. I’ve just gone to do some work on my site and discovered that the content for single posts and pages doesn’t show when this plugin is activated. Displays fine when it is deactivated.
It looks like it’s only the_content() that’s affected. The title, comments, meta, etc display okay.
I’ve tried with the Twenty Eleven 1.3 theme, and my child theme running on Headway Themes https://www.headwaythemes.com.
I don’t know if this is linked to the previous post.
Thanks.
Thanks Marcus – that’s working fine now.
Hi I’m just testing your plugin which I’ve discovered today.
I have a fresh install, WP3.3.1, twentyeleven 1.3, with no other plugins active, and White Label CMS 1.4.3, but the Access To Appearance Menu when checked Yes doesn’t display the options below as per your video.
Thanks.
Gavin.
Hello. This seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks.
Forget this, I should’ve just selected target blank in the Links backend. Thanks.
Hi Camu. The plugin now seems to be working. After the update, deactivation and reactivation, I’m no longer flatlining.
There is something I’m a little unsure about however. Is a Unique IP the same as a Unique Visitor.
Cheers
Gavin.
Hello – I was wondering this too. Thanks.
