In reply to: [Quiz Cat - WordPress Quiz Plugin] HTML not ImageHi Rocked18,
Thanks for your message.
At the moment Quiz Cat will only work with images coming from the WordPress “Add Media” gallery.
I have made a note of a feature request to allow videos to be added also. However please note, I cannot give a concrete date for its rollout.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
All the best.

In reply to: [Quiz Cat - WordPress Quiz Plugin] Button Wrong Color, “Next” button reversedHi Ahelling,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
This is a bit of a strange one, I am thinking there is a conflict with your theme perhaps.
The following steps will tell you whether or not you are experiencing a conflict, and with what piece of software the conflict is with.
The steps are as follows:Deactivate all plugins, except Quiz Cat.
See if the issue persists:
If so, your issue is not caused by a conflict with a plugin.
If the issue is gone, one of the deactivated plugins or theme was causing a conflict. You need to find which.
Reactivate your plugins one at a time, and check after each to see if the issue returns. When it does, you will have found the plugin conflict.
If a plugin conflict is not found, check the theme next. Revert to a default WordPress theme like ‘Twenty Twenty’.If the issue is gone, you have a theme conflict.
If not, the issue is not caused by your theme or a plugin.Let us know how you get on troubleshooting this issue.
All the best.

Hi MRPshop,
Sorry for the delay in responding to this question, it won’t happen again.
It looks like that link you sent no longer has any Easy Pricing Tables on it.
If you send us a live version of your site then we can take a look at it and see if there is anything we can do.
Looking forward to your response.

In reply to: [Quiz Cat - WordPress Quiz Plugin] Upside down answersHi mcconks,
Sorry for the delay in attending to your question, it won’t happen again.
This is a strange one. Usually, when something happens similar to this the cause is Quiz Cat experiencing a conflict with another plugin or theme.
I checked your link you included in the question but it looks like you have since removed the quiz from that page.
If you are still experiencing this issue, let us know and we will be happy to look into it.
All the best.

In reply to: [Quiz Cat - WordPress Quiz Plugin] Answer OrderHi wedesigndotmedia,
Thanks for contacting us, I will be happy to answer this. I also apologize for the delay in answering your question. It won’t happen again.
As for arranging your answers, that is currently not possible sadly. Due to the way the quiz software was first created, the first answer listed (in the editor) must always be the correct one. Then the answers are shuffled for the viewer. This was just how it was written at the time for simplicity.
We are considering changing it down the road, so you can select which answers are correct, and the order they show in. It’s occasionally requested but a bigger change than one might think since our quiz was not originally built with this in mind.
If I could offer a small suggestion to your issue, I would recommend changing the answer from “All Of the Above” to something like “All of these are correct”. So that way the answer is not location specific.
I hope that answers your question but if you have anything else to ask, feel free to get back to me.
Have a great day.

In reply to: [Quiz Cat - WordPress Quiz Plugin] Big image, why?Hi qnkov,
Thanks for contacting us about this, I will be happy to help.
Judging by your screenshot that you kindly included, it looks like the CSS of your theme (Animestream) is causing the image to increase in size, I tested your pic on my test site and had no such issue. With that in mind, it appears to be your theme that is increasing the size of the image
I included a screenshot of the CSS causing the size change. https://ibb.co/SnsfnBr
I recommend this possible solution. If your theme allows you to add Custom CSS you can use that or you can download a custom CSS plugin of your choice.
To that custom CSS field add
.page img { width: auto !important; }
When I tested this CSS adjustment with your site, the image reduced to the correct size.
I hope that answers your question but if you have any more issues, feel free to reply back to this question.
All the best.
