Judging by the second half of this video from WooCommerce, there does seem to be a feature that will cancel out the first added item to the cart. eg switching from a bronze to silver membership as per the video – https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-one-page-checkout/

With that in mind, I am thinking based on that video it might be a WooCommerce setting as opposed to an Easy Pricing Tables setting.??

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. I do believe Optin Cat is built in such a way that whichever error status is returned by the email marketing provider, will be reflected in the error message.

Thanks for your message.

To adjust the size of the quiz title font you will need to add some CSS code to the custom CSS field in the “Settings” beside the “Editor” tab of your quiz you wish to edit.

Please copy and paste the following code to the Custom CSS field.

p.fca_qc_quiz_title { font-size: 20px !important; }

I just picked 20px, but you can choose what size you want for your quiz title.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. I took a look at the link you kindly included and couldn’t find any issues as you described, perhaps you already found the issue?

Sometimes this can be caused by a conflicting theme or plugin. In which case it would be an idea to turn all plugins off and set the theme to something like the Twenty Twenty theme and test.

If you are still having this issue let me know and maybe provide a link a screenshot of the said issue so I can better diagnose the problem.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with this.

Do you have any caching or optimization plugins running at the moment? Sometimes this will cause an issue. If you do, you could try turning that/those plugins off, then try a force refresh (CTRL+F5 for Windows CMD+Shift+R for Mac) to refresh the cache for this page, and they try your form out again.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, you can try searching for conflicts, please follow these steps.

1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

Hopefully, that helps you narrow down the problem.

I will take a look to see if there is a workaround for this but it might not be possible.

There could be a chance that Pixel Cat is not able to see the pages/posts created by WPML.
