I use a post base and I noticed that If I’m using a custom structure (www.example.com/post-base/p=123) then the function <?php the_author_posts_link() ?> gets corrupted and adds the post base (www.example.com/post-base/author). Otherwise, the author URL is working fine without a base.

@richardmtl I have the exact same problem as you. I installed everything and I’m getting the -Bad Respone error after bulk optimizing and in the library every image shows

“Unsupported file type”, and beside jpg files I get “Unsupported file type
opt-jpg is missing”

no matter the file type.

Made images writable (permissions on server), now im getting

– Bad response from optimizer

and

hmm I’m still getting the message CW Image Optimizer requires littleutils. You are missing: opt-png, opt-jpg, opt-gif.

And when I try to bulk optimize I just get “example.jpg is not writable” with all file types. I installed littleutils and pngcrush installed. Anyone go through this?

@zulugrid: Thanks. I’m switching from shared to dedicated tomorrow and will have root access and hopefully this will work.
