Sorry! there is no way to re-order the category list in WP Support Plus.

Please check your admin capability. Admin should have “mange option” capability.

Delete wpsp_advanced_settings_priority_order option from option table. Deactivate and activate the plugin and check the issue have been solved or not.

The plugin keeps enabling settings I definitely don’t want, please take a look at it, maybe a bug?

Please goto Support Plus > Settings > Custom css and add below custom css

Make sure you have and a page/post having [wpsp_open_ticket] shortcode. Then goto Support Plus > Advance Settings and in Ticket Link Page/Post option, select the page you have just created. If you still face the issue, please share the screen-shots of issue if any.
